He is preeeetty gigantic...
Haha, but cheers buddy, I love seeing you say so!! Alas that they're only having a slightly tense conversation here (indeed this whole comic will be something of a prelude to the actual one with the wrestling and stuff...I think I said something in another comment about a Reverse-Kill-Bill, where the first volume is all chatting, and the second one will have lots of action), but, should these two encounter one another again in the future, it'll definitely involve some grapping...!

ALAS...nay. Gorge is a Master in an S&M sense, but his abilities don't go into the realm of hypnotism—aside from having a hypnotic gaze when staring down someone who might have a weakness for hulking musclebound brutes like him... ; )
Actually had a conversation with someone about hypnotism in stuff, and though I occasionally have slight interest in it, I'm usually less attracted to the hypnotism part, and more interested in the mesmerization aspect.
Something like Brokul seeing Kor'treg the giant Orc and just being so astounded at the physique, that he's almost spellbound or enthralled. I think with my interest in submission, that's the reason why hypnosis/mesmerization are appealing to me: because they leave a person vulnerable.
But my characters are naturally vulnerable enough already, just by confronting musclebound brutes who are already bigger and more powerful than them. So adding hypno/mez to it just feels a bit 'extra' to me.
Still, there are maybe one or two examples that could feature something really similar. For example, Redead enemies from Legend of Zelda are an example of a type of creature I have a bit of fascination for, and that I might introduce (albeit more muscular ;D ). The idea of something like that causing paralysis/mesmerization, and then using that opportunity to just totally capture/ensnare and begin squeezing the victim? Definitely something I'm interested in.
But these are just my real-time thoughts on it! I certainly don't wanna invalidate hypnosis or those interested in it—I'm just not sure if it'll be featured in my stuff.
